Our services include demo streaming, studio analytics portals, subscription options, and targeting solutions for players and game developers.

User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining account credential confidentiality and all activities under your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 18 must have parental consent to use our services.

Gaming Content and Demo Streaming

Our demo streaming service provides access to game previews for evaluation purposes. Demo content is provided "as is" and may not represent final game versions. Streaming quality may vary based on internet connection and device capabilities.

You may not record, distribute, or reproduce demo content without permission from game developers.

Cross-Game Reward Pass Program

Participation in cross-game reward programs is subject to specific terms for each program. Rewards, benefits, and progression data are tied to your account and cannot be transferred.

We may modify, suspend, or terminate reward programs with notice to participants.

Studio Portal and Analytics Services

Game studios accessing our analytics portal must provide accurate business information and comply with developer guidelines. Studios are responsible for content and metadata of submitted games.

Revenue sharing arrangements are governed by separate agreements and payment terms.

Subscription Services and Billing

Subscription services provide gaming experiences and features. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before renewal date. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy.

You are responsible for charges incurred under your account, including applicable taxes and fees.

Prohibited Uses and Conduct

You may not use our platform for unlawful purposes or in violation of these terms. Prohibited activities include attempting unauthorized access, distributing malware, fraudulent activities, or violating intellectual property rights.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in harmful behavior.
